You may cancel your registration at any time by informing us in writing to the address at the end of these terms and conditions. If you do so, you must immediately stop using the Website. Cancellation or suspension of your registration does not affect any statutory rights.

Terms of Use - In Person

These terms are used in conjunction with our terms and conditions.

Limitation of Liability

In consideration of Re-Shape’s agreement to instruct, assist, and train you, you do here and forever release and discharge and hereby hold harmless Re-Shape Club Limited or Re-Form Sports Fitness Limited, and its respective agents, heirs, assigns, contractors, and employees from any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action or causes of action, present or future, arising out of or connected with your participation in the Services including any injuries or death resulting there from.

This waiver and release of liability includes, without limitation, injuries which may occur as a result of: (i) use of all amenities and equipment within the facility; training that occurs both on and off the business facilities; and participation in any activity, class, program, personal training or instruction regardless of the location where they take place; (ii) equipment that may malfunction or break; (iii) the businesses negligent instruction or supervision; and (iv) any slipping, falling, or dropping of equipment while participating in the services.

If you bring personal property to the gym(s) other premises or anywhere where the business operates then you do so at your own risk. We cannot accept liability for the loss, theft or accidental damage to your personal belongings at its gyms, other premises or anywhere where it operates.

Purchase of Services

Commencement of any package, service or goods will not commence until payment has been received in line with the agreed rate on the Terns and Conditions. The payment will always be made in advance of receipt of these services. The price of goods and services that you wish to purchase from the Business may change from time to time and the price may also differ depending on the Trainer you receive those services from and the location at which you receive them. If you wish to change your Trainer or the location at which you receive the services, this could increase the cost of your package.

Should it be agreed for you to suspend your package with us then there will be an administration charge of £15 per week applied to your account until you resume the membership (up to a mx of 12 weeks during your agreed contract term).

Photographs & Videos

As part of your progress it is important that we take pictures of you in appropriate sportswear in order we can assess and review your transformation at each stage. Any images taken of you in the process of receiving services from the Business are the sole property of Re-Form Sports Fitness Limited and Re-Shape Club Limited. This includes photos taken using our applications, provided to trainers and any images recorded by the Business. Copyright in all such materials belongs exclusively to Re Form Sports Fitness Limited or Re-Shape Club Limited, which may be used and published in Social Media.

The Business is not responsible for seeking permission to use or publish the image of any individual who may inadvertently be captured in the process of receiving Services or being in the vicinity when filming or photography is taking place. By receiving services, you understand that it is your responsibility of not wishing to be filmed or photographed known to the photographer or videographer.
